Check your subcontractor payments

Upload a payments export from QuickBooks Online or Xero. For each payment we check whether the sub had a workers' comp policy on file with Florida DFS on that date, so you can see which payments your next premium audit may count as your payroll.

QuickBooks Online "Transaction List by Vendor" (recommended), "1099 Transaction Detail" or "Expenses by Vendor Detail", or Xero "Payable Invoice Detail", exported to Excel or CSV. Run the report on a cash basis so it lists what you actually paid. Or any CSV with columns named Date, Vendor and Amount: download an example. Up to 5 MB.

The effective date of the policy year being audited.

The anniversary date the policy year ends on. Payments made on this date belong to the next policy year and are not checked.

8.00 is a roofing placeholder: change it to your rate. Your governing class rate is on your policy's declarations page or your last audit statement.

Checking DFS records… this can take up to 10 seconds.
