Privacy notice
Your uploaded file and payments
- We read your CSV or Excel file once, when you upload it. We don't save the file.
- The payments in it are held in our server's memory only while you use the tool. They're deleted when you click "Start over", when you upload another file, or after 30 minutes without activity.
- Payment details are never written to a database or to our logs.
What we keep
- Counts: how many uploads were started and completed, how many PDF packets were requested and sent, and how many people ticked "Notify me monthly before I pay subs". These counts don't identify anyone.
- The email address you enter to receive the PDF packet or to reserve the audit packet, with the time you entered it.
How long we keep it
- Email addresses are deleted 90 days after this trial of the tool ends, unless you reserved the audit packet.
- If you reserved the audit packet, we keep your address until we contact you about it.
- Our server logs keep no IP addresses beyond 7 days.
We email you only the PDF packet you ask for, and only at the address you type. If you reserve the audit packet, we'll email you once when it's available. We don't send newsletters or reminders. Ticking "Notify me monthly before I pay subs" only tells us you'd use that feature; it doesn't sign you up for anything.
Cookies and tracking
We use two cookies, both needed for the tool to work: one links your browser to your check while you use it (the check itself is deleted after 30 minutes without activity), and one protects the forms against cross-site requests. We use no advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Coverage data
Coverage and exemption records come from the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation's public data. Results are an estimate from those records, not insurance or legal advice.
